Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule
Class this week will be held Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Gym will be closed on Thursday and Friday (Nov 25 and 26, 2010).
We will reopen Saturday (Nov 27) for the 9:30AM open mat time and kickboxing class at 11-12.

Marco Ruas Seminar coming Dec 18, 2010
The Legendary “King of the Streets” Marco Ruas from Ruas Vale Tudo is going to hold a seminar at Goes Martial Arts in December.
The date is set to December 18, 2010.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
Attention students.
Please take note of the schedule change for the Winter session.
Jiu Jitsu Classes will be held on Mondays, Wednesday, Friday (8:30 AM) and Saturdays (9:30 AM) only.
Jiu Jitsu and MMA/Condition classes are not changed in the Evenings. 5:30 and 6:30 classes are in session.
Kids Martial Arts are going to be on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.

Marcel Louzado Seminar November 11, 2010
A great Jiu Jitsu practitioner and teacher, Marcel Louzado, will be teaching a seminar at Goes Martial Arts on Thursday, November 11, 2010.
The seminar will be a pure Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class (Gi is highly recommended). Please call for information on the times Master Marcel will be teaching.
